Recently, we completed custom production of a high-power DC load bank. After passing factory inspection, the unit was shipped today. It was ordered by a U.S.-based client and will be used for power load testing of charging station products.

The load bank supports up to 1000V DC input and employs a progressive load design with a rated power of 500kW and high test accuracy. The system integrates six independent load modules, allowing users to flexibly adjust the applied capacity according to different power level testing requirements, offering good versatility and scalability.

For safety, the unit is equipped with overvoltage, overcurrent, overtemperature, short-circuit, and overload protection. Upon detecting abnormal conditions, the system automatically disconnects the circuit, triggers an alarm, and shuts down. Additionally, high-grade insulating materials are used to effectively isolate the resistor elements from the chassis, reducing the risk of electric shock during operation.

The main circuit uses T2 nickel-plated copper busbars as connecting conductors. This material provides excellent electrical conductivity along with strong corrosion resistance, contributing to long-term operational stability under continuous load conditions.

Regarding control, the current unit uses push-button manual operation. We can also equip the product with a touchscreen or remote PC control interface per customer requirements, to accommodate different operating preferences and test site management practices.
